Caring about quality has always been one of the distinguishing characteristics of ISB, who aim to achieve complete customer satisfaction by means of:
- continuously looking for improvements in every stage
of the production process
- continuous quality and process control
- product reliability and safety
- keeping the working environment in compliance with binding standards

This constant orientation towards quality has been fully recognised with the certification of conformity to the
ISO 9001 standard, awarded to ISB way back in 2002, so having been one of the first companies in this sector to achieve this important goal.
More recently, Bureau Veritas has certified ISB quality management system to the new ISO 9001:2008 standard. |

The entire work process is subject to extremely thorough checks, carried out in accordance with a strict food safety management system, kept constantly up to date in line with the most stringent specifications in the industry. In 2007, the Bureau Veritas agency certified conformity to the
ISO 22000:2005 standard, which combines the principles of the HACCP System with the application stages laid down by the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
Furthermore, since 2004, ISB has been able to guarantee complete product traceability, in compliance with the
ISO 22005:2007 standard, as verified and certified by Bureau Veritas. |
